Question 1

What does Werkshaft provide to agencies?

Accepted Answer

Werkshaft is a pre-built AI operations layer agencies can put under their own brand and resell. Its published stack includes GPT agents, CRM and pipeline automations, branded reporting dashboards, and monthly AI-optimized deliverables. Werkshaft runs the backend while the agency keeps the client relationship.

Question 2

Which AI agents can agencies offer to clients?

Accepted Answer

Werkshaft’s pricing page lists LeadQualifier and ContentDrafts. LeadQualifier turns a sales transcript into a fit score and CRM-ready summary. ContentDrafts turns a monthly brief into outlines, drafts, and QA passes for an agency editorial review.

Question 3

Who owns the client relationship?

Accepted Answer

The agency does. Werkshaft’s published materials say the agency owns the contract, upsell, markup, and client relationship; its pricing page says AI deliverables ship under the agency’s name and clients do not see Werkshaft.

Question 4

Does an agency need to hire engineers to use Werkshaft?

Accepted Answer

Werkshaft is presented as a pre-built backend agencies can resell without hiring engineers. Its agency page says Werkshaft hosts the models, isolation, and backend operations, with no code for the agency to write.
